Front-end
HTML
I have been coding HTML for more than 20 years. I am good with the HTML5.
CSS
CSS has been a basic necessity like HTML. I have been using CSS for a long time. I keep myself updated with new versions. I have also been learning CSS preprocessors like SCSS.
Bootstrap
I use Bootstrap CSS library for most of the web pages I build. I have also used WordPress+Bootstrap 4 theme to build this website.
Vanilla Javascript
I have used Javascript for about 19 years. I used to use Javascripts mainly for mouseover events. Later I used Javascripts for HTML form validation. I have my knowledge of ES6 Javascript fundamentals.
Greensock
I have used Greensock to build banners for 5 years. Some of the banners I built can be seen in the ‘banners‘ section of my portfolio.
Jquery
I have been using Jquery for effects and form validation.
ReactJS
I have been learning and practicing coding with ReactJS. I like ReactJS. I followed a tutorial and finished a project. Here’s the result

I have been learning and practicing coding with ReactJS, Angular and NodeJS.
Backend-end
PHP
I have been working working with PHP for 16 years. I have built PHP based websites with small teams and on my own. I have built custom web applications for all the companies I have worked. I have frequently had to build login pages, sign-up pages, member area, uploading images via HTML forms, image galleries, competition pages etc. I have also set up PhpBB, PhpNuke, WordPress, Drupal. MySQL Database
MySQL has been my go to database for PHP. I have been using PhpMyAdmin to set up and manage databases.
SQL
SQL being the standard language for storing, manipulating and retrieving data in databases, I have used it for data driven web applications. I have used select, insert, delete, joins and stored procedures.
WordPress
I have set up WordPress as a CMS and as a blog for a few Websites. I also use WordPress to build most of my own websites. This website is also built with WordPress.
Other Back-end coding languages
I used to build websites with classic ASP before PHP became my favorite. I wanted to learn ASP.Net so I finished a Microsoft Certified Developer certification exam 14 years ago.
Multimedia
Photoshop
I have been using Photoshop since I started my career. Lot of features have been added to Photoshop since then and I have kept myself updated. I use the latest version of Photoshop.
Aftereffects
I used to create animations with Adobe Flash for a long time. The similarity between Flash and Adobe Aftereffects helped me learn Aftereffects quickly. I have built presentations and banners with Aftereffects.
Adobe Premier
I have found it easy to work with Adobe Premier but I don’t work with Premier frequently.
Illustrator
I used to create vector based graphics with Corel Draw for user manuals when I was a DTP operator. Illustrator is very similar to Corel draw so I didn’t problems using Illustrator. I have created and edited logo’s with Illustrator.
Indesign
I used to use Pagemaker to design brochures, posters and ads for print media. I had to use Indesign after Pagemaker was phased out by Adobe. I have used Indesign intuitively because of my experience with Adobe Pagemaker.
Other Multimedia softwares
I have also worked with Handbreak, Avidemux, Unity, GIMP, Inkscape, Krita, Corel photopaint, Coreldraw and iMovies.
